Tasmania produces delicious pinot noir and riesling due to cool climates. Tassie's mild summers and long autumn days allow the grapes to
slowly ripen. There are several
distinct wine areas in the state showing off a growing boutique wine industry, and we were able to taste a few on the Southern wine Route.
