As I promised, here are a few pics from Surfers Paradise Beach at the Gold Coast. I can't get over how BLUE the skies are here everyday.
Food picture! We are staying with a family who is vegetarian, so we've had to think outside the box to make some healthy and delicious meals without meat and using what is actually in the grocery store. Here is our version of Italian stir fry. Potatoes, onions, green beans, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Italian seasonings all sauteed together. Buon appetito!
